By creating an account, downloading, or using LoopQue, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them.

If you are using LoopQue on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Nedicon Technologies Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use LoopQue for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access LoopQue and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must be old enough to consent to the use of online services in your jurisdiction.

LoopQue offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, LoopQue Pro, with monthly and annual options. Current pricing is shown in the app before you purchase; at the time of writing this is $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year, and a 7-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, and the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

You agree not to misuse LoopQue, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise the service, accessing it through unauthorised means, or using it to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

You agree not to use LoopQue in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the reminders, lists, and other content you create in LoopQue. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights to any material you capture or import.

LoopQue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LoopQue uses automated and AI-assisted features to extract and structure information. These features may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you should verify important dates, details, and reminders. LoopQue is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nedicon Technologies Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of LoopQue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of LoopQue at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will update the last updated date shown on this page.

Your continued use of LoopQue after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales in relation to any dispute arising out of them.
